Role Description The Plasma Processor is a full-time, on-site role based at the DB Plasma center in Dayton, OH. This role is responsible for receiving, labeling, and processing collected plasma units according to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include verifying donor and unit information, operating freezers and other equipment, performing visual inspections, and preparing plasma for storage and shipment. The Plasma Processor maintains accurate records, updates logs and databases, and follows all quality, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the processing area. This role also supports inventory control, assists with routine equipment checks, and collaborates with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and work with standardized processes.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and use of inventory or laboratory management systems.
