What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Management Consultant position at DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc?
Description
Management Consultant, Operations Leadership
DeWolff, Boberg & Associates (DB&A) | U.S.-based, 100% Travel | Full-time
You got promoted because you could walk onto a chaotic floor and get an entire shift moving in the same direction. Most companies find that skill and then bury it behind a desk. We built a company around using it instead.
DeWolff, Boberg & Associates gets financially guaranteed results for Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies around the world by putting real operators on the ground to coach frontline teams. Not theory. Not slide decks. Real coaching, side by side, until the numbers move.
What You'll Do
Starting pay is competitive with a clear and transparent path to Project Manager. Flights, hotel, and rental car covered. Medical premiums covered 100 percent for you. 401(k), PTO, and real travel flexibility, including companion travel and destination weekends.
About Db&a
DB&A was founded on the belief that we are keepers of the truth. We work side by side with frontline leaders inside Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies, and we financially guarantee the results we deliver. Our culture runs on integrity, work ethic, accountability, and results.
If your team already runs better because you lead it, apply and let’s talk about doing that at a much bigger scale.
