We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HubSpot CRM & Automation Specialist to support our administrative operations, CRM management, and reporting initiatives. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, generating actionable insights, and supporting cross-functional teams through reporting, research, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize data within HubSpot CRM
- Build, analyze, and distribute reports from HubSpot and internal systems
- Conduct research to support business initiatives and operational projects
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data and reporting
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Identify and implement improvements to data tracking and reporting processes
- 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- 3 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting
- Proven ability to generate reports and conduct business research
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or operations teams
- Advanced reporting or data analysis skills
- Background working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Comfort working with CRM platforms and data reporting tools
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
