🚀 What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with leadership to design, build, and maintain the AI and automation systems that power our internal operations.
AI & Automation
- Build and maintain AI agents using platforms like OpenClaw
- Create automations that eliminate repetitive tasks
- Write Python scripts to streamline workflows
- Monitor and improve system reliability over time
Systems & Integrations
- Connect external tools and APIs to our AI agent infrastructure
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Document your work clearly so others can build on it
HubSpot CRM Ownership
- Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and reports
- Improve data quality and system usability
- Build automations that support sales, operations, and leadership
🎯 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a senior engineer — curiosity, initiative, and problem‑solving matter more than formal experience.
Core Requirements
- Some coding experience (Python preferred — personal projects count)
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and how systems work
- Comfortable using a terminal/command line
- Strong written communication and documentation habits
- Self‑directed and able to figure things out independently
- Willing to work 100% on‑site in Dallas
Nice to Have
- HubSpot experience (pipelines, workflows, reporting)
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or integrations
- Exposure to Linux/WSL environments
- HubSpot certifications
