Sales Consultants - We are looking for highly-motivated energetic people to join our Sales Team! The right candidates for this position will be outgoing, people oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. Bring a positive attitude and we will provide you with all the tools and resources you need to be successful!
Responsibilities
- Learn the products and services offered
- Complete tasks, calls, and emails daily
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
