The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Daytona Beach, FL. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. - Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a high-quality guest dining experience
- Experience in Hiring and team management to effectively recruit, train, and oversee restaurant staff
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with employees and addressing guest inquiries
- Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality assurance, and vendor management
