Front Desk Coordinator – Join Our Friendly Dermatology Team!

Our growing dermatology practice is looking for a warm, reliable, and hard-working Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. What You'll Do:

• Greet patients with a smile and ensure a smooth, friendly check-in and check-out process
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Provide outstanding customer service with patience and care
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, patient, and dependable personality
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year required)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
Location: In-person at our office
