The Office Support Specialist is an essential member of the Elementary School administrative team, contributing to the efficient and welcoming operation of the school office. This role supports daily office functions, assists staff, students, and families, and provides reliable coverage across various school needs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (during the school year)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide backup support to the school clinic, assisting with student health needs as directed.
Collect, organize, and maintain data and records as required.
Assist with recess and lunch duties, including outdoor supervision when weather permits.
Support admissions processes, including application management.
Serve as a backup for daily attendance tracking and reporting.
