Job Summary:
Support execution of data-driven marketing processes and campaigns to generate qualified leads and contribute to sales enablement. This role blends digital marketing, basic content creation, and light product marketing. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of marketing systems and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create content and lead editorial planning, including drafting blog posts, social content, and supporting lead generation materials (e.g., whitepapers, infographics, etc.).
- Execute campaigns that convert site traffic into leads using landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead generation content.
- Support marketing automation efforts and lead nurturing workflows via email, content, and social media.
- Develop reporting and analytics to help evaluate campaign performance and lead quality.
- Learn B2B industrial sales processes and support basic CRM and/or SFA data entry and process mapping.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop product content and support internal and external communication efforts.
- Help maintain and update marketing systems (CRM, website CMS, eCommerce) with guidance from senior team members.
- Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
- Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products
- Participate in team meetings and presentations to communicate campaign results or share marketing insights.
- Assist with marketing operations documentation, campaign tracking, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally involving campaign coordination, digital marketing, or content support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with one or more marketing systems such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Salesforce, or similar.
- Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to improve marketing performance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with support from senior team members.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in a B2B or manufacturing-related setting.
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with website content updates (e.g., via CMS platforms like WordPress).
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
