Position Summary:
The Freight Team Member plays a key role in receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with incoming merchandise
- Organize backroom inventory and maintain a clean workspace
- Ensure products are properly rotated and labeled (FIFO)
- Assist with pricing, tagging, and merchandising as needed
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail, warehouse, or stocking experience preferred but not required
