Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Assist in inventory management through stocking, product replenishment, and inventory checks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone
