We’re looking for a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join our team full-time in Fort Lauderdale. If you have at least one year of experience soldering small components in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with your hands, adhesives, and tools — this is a role you can step into right away. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
- Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes
- Perform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience)
- Inspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards
- Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components
- Experience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred but not required:

Experience with electrical splicing techniques
Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing
Familiarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment
