Role Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with product inquiries and orders.
- Provide quotes, process transactions, and support account managers
Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments.
- Track inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Handle returns and exchanges.
- Perform local deliveries.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records of sales, shipments, and inventory.
- Use business software for order entry and tracking of orders, returns and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or business is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is preferred
