Customer Experience Representative

Position Summary
DayStarr Communications is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by helping customers with product and service questions and partnering with internal teams to see issues through to resolution.
Core Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, service-oriented customer support via phone, email, web chat, and face-to-face interactions
- Hear, document, and help resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide accurate information about DayStarr products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed appropriately
- Greet customers and visitors entering the office
- Perform routine administrative and clerical support tasks
- Contribute to and maintain internal knowledge of evolving products and services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing or customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or service-focused environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
