- Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, utilizing excellent communication skills and public speaking abilities to inform and persuade potential buyers.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet accounts, ensuring tailored solutions meet their needs.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized sales records.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or service packages to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Qualifications
