Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous assistance throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and reservations confidently
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit procedures and guest services best practices
- Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
