- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
- Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing clerical functions.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and manage basic financial records.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in fast-paced environments.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.
