Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, reconciling daily financial activities, and providing exceptional guest service throughout the night.
Duties:
- Conducting nightly audits to reconcile daily revenue and expenses
- Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with any needs they may have
- Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Managing reservations and ensuring accurate billing for guests
- Maintaining security by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular property walks
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handling phone calls and inquiries during the night shift with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices is advantageous
