Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in bathrooms to uphold health standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests’ requests and addressing any concerns professionally
- Execute janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition
- Support housekeeping with inventory control and completing tasks to optimize workflow Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping roles demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Experience with laundry operations including stain removal, folding techniques, and linen management
- Knowledge of housekeeper practices is a plus for those interested in this role
- Previous experience in customer service environments enhances communication skills necessary for this role
- Additional certifications in cleaning methods or hospitality services are advantageous but not required
