Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Manage guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, offering information about amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room turnover and address special guest requests promptly
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Support guest relations by resolving issues quickly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience during their stay
- Uphold safety protocols and hotel policies while managing access control for guests and staff at the front desk
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
