Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an eye for detail, making it essential for candidates to have experience in various cleaning settings.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry , including folding, and organizing linens.
• Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices and company standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping management, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
