Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Days Inn Lake Point, Utah property. This position is from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sundays.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsbile for closing the nightly audit and ensuring guests are charged correctly.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manager front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using computerized systems.
Assist with administrative tasks suc h as filing, proofreading documents and managing correspondance.
Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills
Stong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
