Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all our hotel rooms. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for guests.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the rooms.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping management practices to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
• Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for optimal use.
• Stocking of all amenities to guest rooms as well as making beds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and responsibilities as needed.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving items.
