- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to maintain accuracy.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with enthusiasm.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, providing information or directing calls as needed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or resolve issues swiftly.
