Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with calendar management for staff and executives
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Support office management tasks including supply ordering, mail handling, and general clerical duties
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative functions
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively

- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial for supporting financial tasks
