- Communicate and interact with guests arriving at hotel to ensure the prompt responses to their needs
- Make and change reservations for guests who want to stay at our property
- Answer guest calls and record details of the conversation for future follow-up
- Exceed guests expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues
- Well organized and skilled with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2 Years's front desk experience in the hotel industry
- 1 Year's customer service experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
