The Leasing Consultant is responsible for generating traffic, conducting community tours, presenting apartment homes and amenities, and assisting prospective residents through the application and move-in process. You will play a critical role in achieving occupancy goals by effectively communicating the value of the community, identifying resident needs, and providing tailored housing solutions.
In addition to leasing responsibilities, you will help support resident retention efforts by maintaining positive resident relationships, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and contributing to an overall positive living experience. This role also partners closely with onsite teams to ensure the community is maintained to company standards and that resident concerns are addressed efficiently.

- Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry to move-in and renewals
- Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings
- Ensure apartment homes are tour-ready and meet quality standards

- 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk the property, including stairs, and access all areas of the community
- Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and amenities
- Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment
