About the Role
We’re hiring a Community Manager to lead one of our multifamily properties. You’ll oversee daily operations, team performance, financial success, and resident satisfaction — ensuring your community runs smoothly and stands out in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop your on-site team to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal goals.
- Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and vendor partnerships.
- Oversee property maintenance, safety, and curb appeal standards.
- Build strong resident relationships and host engagement events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of multifamily property management experience.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and resident relations.
- Proficiency with RealPage or similar property management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- CAM or CPM certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (weekends as needed).

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
