Your Role amp; Impact
As the Community Manager, you will serve as the operational and cultural anchor of your community. You’ll lead the on-site team, steward financial performance, and ensure that residents feel genuinely cared for. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct responsibility for property success and team development.
You Will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team.
- Strategically drive occupancy, revenue growth, and renewal performance.
- Manage property financials including budgeting, forecasting, collections, and expense control.
- Ensure operational excellence in maintenance execution, safety standards, and curb appeal.
- Foster a resident-first culture through engagement, service recovery, and community programming.
- Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Build strong vendor partnerships and oversee contract performance.
- Serve as the strategic liaison between your community and regional leadership.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of progressive multifamily management experience, including direct team leadership.
- A track record of improving property performance and operational outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with RealPage or similar property management platforms.
- CAM or CPM certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license required.
