DAYORIS DOORS is seeking a bilingual Field Supervisor to join our South Florida team. We are a luxury interior door manufacturer looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage field measurements and ensure our projects are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, millwork, doors/windows, cabinetry, interior finishes, or a related field
- Ability to perform accurate field measurements and site inspections
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Experience with SketchUp, CAD, or similar drafting software preferred
- Ability to read plans and construction drawings
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Visit project sites to take precise field measurements
- Create sketches and document site conditions for production and installation teams
- Coordinate and supervise interior door installations
- Ensure projects are installed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
- Communicate with contractors, builders, homeowners, installers, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production or installation
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
