Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage space allocation and layouts to optimize space usage.
Coordinate with facilities management for maintenance and repairs.
Negotiate service agreements and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Monitor vendor performance and address any service issues.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Coordinate emergency response plans and safety training sessions.
Coordinate waste management and recycling programs.
Gathering and analysing data and reports.
Prepare reports on facility performance, incidents, and compliance.
Assist in developing policies and procedures for facility management.
Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Assist in procurement and management practices.
Support in general administration requirements including writing minutes and other such information capture activities as directed
Assist to manage staff related data including training plans

- Vendor and Contractor Management:
Negotiate service agreements and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Monitor vendor performance and address any service issues.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Coordinate emergency response plans and safety training sessions.
- Environmental Management:
Coordinate waste management and recycling programs.
Gathering and analysing data and reports.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare reports on facility performance, incidents, and compliance.
Assist in developing policies and procedures for facility management.
Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Assist in procurement and management practices.
Support in general administration requirements including writing minutes and other such information capture activities as directed
Assist to manage staff related data including training plans
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities management / engineering / building services. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures will be an advantage.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
