Pay Scale:
LPN: $24-$28/hr.
Summary:
Provides nursing services to the Facility Based Crisis centers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides medication administration, physical health assessment/ screening, communicates with MD/ NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
- Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
- Participates in peer review process
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities: May provide supervision as directed.
