- Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth.
- Handle vendor management by liaising with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, filing systems, and office supplies inventory to support efficient administrative workflows.
- Assist with office budgeting, expense tracking, and basic medical office management tasks when applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams or managing projects effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Strong event planning abilities for coordinating meetings, trainings, and company functions.
- Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance standards.
- Experience in office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, vendor relations, and front desk responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
