Lead HVAC Installer - Residential & Light Commercial

Daycool Heating & Air is seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to deliver exceptional service to our residential and light commercial clients. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead on-site installation teams for HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

- Install and configure indoor air quality accessories

- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate system placement

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during installations

- Ensure compliance with local building codes and EPA refrigerant regulations

- Maintain accurate project documentation and completion reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5 years of HVAC installation experience

- 2 years in a lead or supervisory role

- Valid EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (REQUIRED)

- Proficiency in brazing, soldering, electrical wiring, and ductwork

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
