We’re growing and looking for a reliable, energetic CSR/Dispatcher to join our team and be the friendly voice our customers trust!What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails; provide friendly, professional customer support
- Schedule and dispatch service calls for our field technicians using ServiceTitan
- Coordinate emergency and after-hours calls, ensuring prompt response
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and follow up with customers
- Communicate with technicians, leadership, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Support office management and handle administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1 years in a customer service, dispatcher, or office admin role (HVAC/Trades preferred)
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Tech: Comfortable with scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan a plus), Google Drive, email, and phone systems
- Personality: Friendly, reliable, organized, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English), knowledge of HVAC terminology
