Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Install Teams to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for professionally installing HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial properties, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. perience.Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning equipment
- Remove and replace existing HVAC systems as needed
- Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and team members on job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after installations
- Verify proper system operation and performance upon completion
- Complete all required job documentation accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Must have experience as an HVAC install team
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and job site safety
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
Preferred Certifications (not required):
- EPA Certification
- OSHA Training
- Trade school or technical training
