What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Care Aide position at Daycare?
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associates Degree in Early Childhood (or equivalent coursework in Early Childhood) preferred.
Applicants lacing CDA or college coursework will be required to obtain CDA within the first two years of employment and must have experinece in Early Childhood.
Valid Texas educational aid certificate (if hired)
Successful completion of basic written exam.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Work under the supervision of the Early Childhood Coordinator.
Provide an educational program which supports the optimal development of each child to increase.
Ability to work well with children.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
