What are the responsibilities and job description for the Under 3's Teacher and Over 3's Teacher position at Daycare program?
Job Summary
Our school is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teacher to join our school family! This position would be for a loving teacher for children under the age of three. If you have a passion for nurturing little ones during their most important developmental years, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for someone patient, energetic, creative, and committed to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive!
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred
- Warm, nurturing, and positive attitude
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and coworkers
- Must meet Connectciut Office of Early Childhood requirements(or be willing to obtain required training)
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of children under 3 years or over 3 years, incorporating early literacy, numeracy, physical activity, and social skills.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
