What are the responsibilities and job description for the Co-Teacher position at Daycare Discoveries?
Daycare Discoveries in Maria Stein is looking for a caring and dedicated individual to join our team and work with our infants, toddlers or preschool! What age are you most comfortable working with?
Position Overview:
As a caregiver, you will play an important role in helping our little ones grow, learn new skills, and thrive in a nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the children through daily routines and developmental activities.
- Creating and implementing lesson plans.
- Tending to the children's individual needs.
- Light cleaning duties to help maintain a clean classroom.
- Communicating regularly with parents.
Requirements:
- A love for working with young children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in childcare is a plus, but not required
