In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Salary & Benefits Package
- Competitive Salary: $55,000–$115,000 annually with reliable bi-weekly pay

- Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST
- Manageable Caseload: Minimum of 25 weekly time slots with at least 17 completed sessions per week (averaged monthly) to retain base salary and benefits
- Admin Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
- Clinical Community: Access to peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
