Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Financial Recordkeeping: Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Support Accounts Payable and Receivable: Participate in processing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze Financial Data: Contribute to the analysis of financial information, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in financial data.
