Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time, Weekdays Only (No Weekends!)

Day Solutions, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, compassionate, and self-motivated individual to support adults with developmental disabilities in a structured, positive daytime program. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position—no evenings, no weekends.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities, skill-building, and community engagement
- Foster independence while ensuring a safe, respectful environment
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, patient, and genuinely caring
- Positive attitude with strong professionalism
- Comfortable working with a variety of personalities and support needs
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience (DSP, caregiving, education, healthcare, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
