Day One is currently seeking one full time Direct Support Professionals for our residential program.
These full-time DSP positions are three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) with Full Time Benefits
Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
Starting pay range $17.50 - $19 with FULL TIME benefits
Day One’s residential program serves high needs youth with substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses. Our residents are ages 13 – 18, have experienced severe trauma in their lives and require comprehensive guidance and positive reinforcement. We recognize the importance of meeting people where they are.
Residential Direct Support Professionals supervise youth by role modeling and providing healthy relationships. They encourage skill building such as problem-solving, coping and life skills.
This critical role empowers youth to recognize and develop a healthy decision-making process that can create opportunity and growth.

*Bonus is paid out in 3 installments of 25% at 90 days 50% at 12 months, and 25% at 18 months. Eligibility requires satisfactory performance evaluations at each interval.
