Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale backend systems, data pipelines, and AI-powered product infrastructure
• Develop and improve recommendation systems, LLM integrations, and agent-driven workflows
• Partner closely with product and leadership to make foundational technical decisions
• Design systems that support secure, scalable health-related data experiences
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and help identify better technical solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience building and scaling production software systems
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern backend frameworks
• Deep interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and workflow automation beyond casual usage
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments and comfort with ambiguity
• Bonus: consumer product experience, side projects, founder experience, or healthcare-related domain knowledge
