Since 2016, Day One has been getting the best craft beer and cider from small breweries into the hands of Oregonians. We're up to 800 retailers now and still growing. We're a small, founder-led company, and that's exactly how we like it.

We're looking for a people person based in the Salem Area to own the North Willamette Valley: Salem, Corvallis, McMinnville, Newberg, and the towns around them. Candidates must reside within 20 miles of Salem (Portland-metro residents, including Wilsonville, Tualatin, Canby, and points north, will not be considered). You'll be the face of Day One in your accounts, from bars and restaurants to bottle shops and grocery, building relationships, keeping shelves stocked, and helping our brands win.

You don't need to know beer. You need to know people. If you're a natural relationship builder who follows through and can hold your own in a room, we'll teach you the rest. Beer sales experience is a nice to have, not a must have.

What you'll actually do:

• Grow the territory. Deliver new accounts, improve placement, and increase visibility
• Maintain a consistent presence in accounts and build lasting relationships with retailers
• Monitor market conditions, including pricing, competitor activity, and retail trends
• Provide regular updates to leadership so the team can respond quickly to opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Must reside within 20 miles of Salem
• Proven track record in outside sales, with experience managing a territory and a book of accounts
• History of owning a territory end to end and driving results independently
• Willingness to lift cases, stay on your feet, and work occasional evenings or festivals
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and must be 21 or older
