Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for two children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
- Assist with daily routines such asdressing, diapering, and nap schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning related to childcare duties
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns with professionalism
- Support children with developmental milestones through teaching and caregiving strategies
- Collaborate with parents to follow specific care plans, including working with children with disabilities or special needs when applicable
- Foster positive behavior through gentle guidance and consistent discipline techniques
- Encourage socialization skills by facilitating playdates or group activities when appropriate
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare assistant, or teaching is highly valued
