- Support staffing operations by assisting with shift coverage coordination across assigned departments.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and staffing documentation to support workforce planning and operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with staff and department leadership regarding staffing needs, coverage updates, and schedule changes.
- Assist employees with scheduling-related requests and provide administrative support to the Patient Staffing Office.
- Support timekeeping and staffing processes to promote accurate payroll and workforce data.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative, scheduling, staffing coordination, customer service, or healthcare support experience preferred.
- Experience working with scheduling systems, timekeeping systems, or workforce management software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze staffing needs and communicate scheduling information accurately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and scheduling software.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and leadership.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, reasoning, basic mathematics, and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently while following established policies and procedures.
