Day by Day is looking for a skilled, thoughtful therapist to join our growing clinical team.

We take care of the infrastructure—referrals, billing, credentialing, administrative support, office space, and practice operations—so you can spend more of your energy doing what you were trained to do: work with clients.

Responsibilities

Since 2016, Day by Day has grown from a single-provider practice into a collaborative mental health center serving individuals, couples, and families throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our work is grounded in the belief that people are complex and meaningful therapy requires curiosity, connection, and a willingness to look beyond symptoms. Our clinicians bring a variety of perspectives and specialties to their work, including traditional psychotherapy, trauma treatment, somatic approaches, mindfulness, DBT, couples and relationship work, groups, and other integrative approaches.

Providers have opportunities for consultation and collaboration through our clinical community and team meetings. We believe therapists do their best work when they have both professional autonomy and meaningful support.

Day by Day provides an established practice infrastructure, including administrative support, billing, credentialing, referrals, office space, and a strong presence in the Northwest Arkansas community allowing clinicians to spend more of their time focused on their clinical work.

Pay: $60,507.00 - $120,137.47 per year
