What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who brings clinical expertise, heart, and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates will have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, neurodiversity, or chronic illness and a desire to grow within a thriving, mission-driven team.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in Arkansas
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
- Familiarity with or openness to integrative approaches
- A culturally responsive, inclusive, and relational approach to care
- Tech-comfortable and willing to work in a hybrid setting if needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and support
