Location: Day-Break at Waterbury — Waterbury, CT

Day-Break at Waterbury is an adult day center dedicated to providing aging adults with valuable opportunities for socialization, recreation, and engagement in a safe and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a CNA or program assistant with experience to join our team and assist with day-to-day program activities and direct client care.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Hours Vary. Available Hours - Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM, and every other Saturday
- Type: Full time
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct client care, including assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Support daily recreational, social, and physical activities for program participants
- Demonstrate genuine concern for the mental, emotional, and social well-being of all clients
- Assist with meal service during breakfast and lunch
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by cleaning and disinfecting daily.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) — Required
- Valid CNA certification or related work experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent care
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
